Hey.....I know I don't look much like a Golden, but I will be a fun companion for some lucky person! My Dad was a Golden Retriever and my Mom was a Yellow Lab. They say I got more of Mom's looks, but my heart is Golden! Why would you want a younger dog, when you can have ME....who is past all those chewing stages, I know not to go potty in the house, I love to play with kids....but I don't care for those cat creatures. I especially love it when you sit with me and pet me....especially those belly rubs! I do seem to stress when my environment changes. For some reason I feel anxious and nervous, and may try to do dumb things, like try to open a gate, or scoot thru a door. I don't really know where I would go, but if you will work with me, provide me with a secure yard and let me hang out in the house as much as I want, I will soon learn your routine and settle in. I know lots of commands and I LOVE to play ball......and I can keep up with some of those young pups!  They have a couple of really cool rubber balls here that I like to sneak back into my kennel......I think these need to be mine. You can see me with my favorite ball in one of the pictures. Quite the handsome devil, hey? Please come visit me......and perhaps take me home.
