Big Blue

We thought we had a home for Blue, but things did not work out. Blue needs a home with a dog savvy owner, and he needs clear rules and boundaries.

This 6-year-old boy has a quiet but powerful personality. You can cuddle with him and he will melt your heart, but then when you're done, he gets overly playful and has some bad habits that he learned from his, original home, that can overwhelm a novice dog owner. Because of this we are looking for a home that will love his personality but give him the structure that is needed. So, a home with older or no children would be ideal. Steve has worked with him and he knows the basics and walks well unleash unless there are distractions, then he becomes a Clydesdale, and will pull you across the street. Blue has not been the best with other dogs, so he has had several sessions at a doggie day care/training facility, where he did quite well.
