Kairo is a beautiful 18-month-old boy, who has had 3 homes - that we know of. His last home was for only a, month. Kairo needs to land in a home where he can feel safe and loved. He doesn't know much, as far as commands, but Steve has started to work with him and he makes good eye contact, and is very trainable, he just needs someone to invest some time in him. He does need work on leash. He is good with other dogs...not sure about cats. He is housetrained, and likes to cuddle!

She did not have many rules, or the structure a puppy needs. She was surrendered to us because she got out and got after the neighbors’ chickens.
Read MoreJax is a very sweet eight-year-old boy, whose owners were getting a divorce. Both were moving and could not keep him. Jax was a house dog and knows some basic commands. He is good with other dogs and cats are okay too. He would do best in a home with older or no children. He has not been around toddlers much, and we were told they seem to make him a bit nervous.

She has a toe missing on her left front foot. Someone had taken care of things, as there were still a couple of stitches in the foot. The foot looks good and does not slow her down at all.

Doh! We recently received Homer from a local Shelter. This 2yr old boy is a full of life little guy! At only 35lbs, he is a lot of golden. He was adopted out from the shelter but the person brought him back, as he was too much for her. When he arrived, he would just run and jump on you full force and for a little guy it was still like a rocket hitting a wall.
Meet Hazel, a beautiful, energetic, 5-year-old girl. She is good with kids, other dogs and is okay with cats. Hazel is house-trained and has good manners in the home. She is very smart, and learns quickly. She has enjoyed the other dogs and can wrestle with the best them! She does not like fireworks or thunder storms.
